to download the package (SAMOA.ZIP, size: 1.13 MB) into a
temporary sub-directory. After unzipping all files in a
working directory, say, c:\primeC\samoa\bin, make a shortcut
of the module samoa.exe, on the desktop.
you may launch the program by double-clicking on the
shortcut.
You can save all input/output files in a proper data directory, say,
c:\primeC\samoa\data.

The free version of SAMOA 1.0 is supported by Windows 9X, NT and XP. It includes all executable
modules and DLLs.
